How to remove rust from your drain

Rust on your sink or bathroom drain can look dirty and unappealing. There are a few simple things you can try to get rid of it:

  • Baking soda: Take some baking soda and water and mix them together. After you get a paste like mixture, take a tooth brush and start applying the mixture to the rust. Let it sit overnight and then rinse it with water.
  • Cleaning products: There are many cleaning products out there made specifically for removing rust that you can use.
  • Lemon juice and salt: Take a bottle of lemon juice and add salt until the mixture becomes a paste. Apply the paste to the area and let it sit overnight and then rinse it with water.
