Standing water in your shower

Standing water in your shower can be a sign that you have a clogged drain. The clog creates a tight blockage inside the pipe where no water can pass through it. Standing water is unclean because it contains bacteria and if let sit for too long, it can start growing mildew and mold. Sometimes the smell can pollute the air and cause allergic reactions and asthma flare-ups. In order to unclog the drain, you have to use a bucket and take out the standing water. After that you can move on to using a clog clearing method such as using baking soda and vinegar.
